The Police Court sitting in Naguru has recommended ASP Muhammad Kirumira's demotion by Two ranks.

After finding him guilty of of gross misconduct contrary to the police standing orders on conduct and discipline.

Afande Kirumira demoted by two ranks.

If the recommendation is sustained, Kirumira will be demoted from Assistant Superintendent of Police to Assistant Inspector of police.

A 19-year-old woman has been arrested by police in Omoro District for allegedly stabbing her husband to death after the couple reportedly picked a fight over food. The incident happened on Monday in Kati Kati village, Alokolum Parish, according to police.
