Oil refinery: Total, Tullow and CNOOC present government with plan for resettling affected persons
The 300 hectares area in Buliisa, which is required for the Central Processing Facility, should see at least 700 affected persons paid to give way for production activity.

Joint venture partners, Total Tullow and CNOOC, will present their plans for handling persons to be displaced by construction of an oil refinery to government within the next two weeks.

The 300 hectares area in Buliisa, which is required for the Central Processing Facility, should see at least 700 affected persons paid to give way for production activity.

The yet to be constructed industrial complex is expected to keep on schedule for the Front Engineering Design and Crude Oil Pipeline projects, ahead of an investment decision by the oil firms by the end of this year.
