Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) and Modern Coast Rangers complete the top five places with 10 and nine points respectively.

Black Stars coach Godfrey “Sollo” Oduor is confident his charges will continue with their fine run against John Kamau’s KCB on Monday.

“We are looking forward to another interesting match against KCB,” said Oduor.

He will miss the services of Essan Karani and John Katwa who are still nursing, but the rest of the squad is fit for selection.

STIMA, RANGERS CLASH

Struggling Green Commandos face promotion-chasing Ushuru FC while Modern Coast Rangers and Coast Stima face off in the Mombasa derby on Saturday.

The two Mombasa-based sides clash from 1pm. Coast Stima head coach Swaleh Kinero has however downplayed the hype surrounding the encounter saying they are going to approach the game like any other.

“It is a game like any other, nothing special. The tall order is to ensure we avoid complacency and go all out,” he Kinero.

Stima suffered 1-0 loss to Talanta FC and will be looking to redeem themselves against their neighbours.
