Security Operatives who stormed parliament, included a crime preventer who was suspended for beating Besigye supporters
Ugandans were treated to an action-packed session of parliament yesterday when security operatives stormed the chambers of Parliament to evict MPs.

The arrests of suspended Members of Parliament who were ordered out of the chambers by the Speaker was carried out by plain-clothed security personnel. But who were these men and women?

NTV managed to identify Hassan Mukiibi a Crime Preventer who has been pictured with President Yoweri Museveni.

Our reporters also spotted Col Don Nabaasa the Commander of the elite Special Forces Command, this was Col Nabaasa's second time coming, and he was in a suit. On Tuesday he was at Parliament in Special forces fatigues.

Some of the security operatives who stormed parliament were identified by some members of parliament as special forces operatives, and the presence of their commander only compounds those allegations.

When he was asked how security operatives accessed parliament, Parliament's director of Communication Chris Obore said they '' Don't know how these plain clothed officers came in parliament yesterday"
