Senior lawyer says Justice Kavuma should not have issued court order against oil cash debate
Ssempebwa says the Justices on the Constitutional Court bench must expeditiously address the constitutional stand-off between Parliament and the Judiciary.

A senior constitutional lawyer Fredrick Ssempebwa has described as irregular a court order issue by the Deputy Chief Justice Steven Kavuma blocking the Parliamentary Debate on the 6 billion shillings bonus payment to government officials.

Ssempebwa says the Justices on the Constitutional Court bench must expeditiously address the constitutional stand-off between Parliament and the Judiciary.
