Besigye calls for commission of inquiry into Apaa land dispute
Besigye told journalists in Kampala that the only way to solve the ongoing land disputes in the country is by the concerned parties meeting to find what causes them in the first place.

FDC’s former president Dr. Kizza Besigye has called a commission of inquiry into the recent land clashes in Apaa, in northern Uganda’s Amuru district.

Five people are said to have been killed and over 20 sustained serious injuries following a land row between Madi and the Acholi communities.

Besigye told journalists in Kampala that the only way to solve the ongoing land disputes in the country is by the concerned parties meeting to find what causes them in the first place.
