Decongesting Kampala :Master plan awaits cabinet decision

Focus on the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area is now back on track, following a consensus by the government technical wing after endorsement of the new Integrated Urban Development Master Plan by the National Planning Authority Board. NTV business has learnt that the project will be financed through PPP – public-private partnerships, and will cost the taxpayers slightly more than 27 million dollars.
