CMP candidate raises more concerns over balaalo issue

Common Man’s Party presidential flag bearer Mubarak Munyagwa wants the government to further investigate the issue of the herdsmen commonly known as balaalo in Northern Uganda. Munyagwa says after President Museveni’s ordered the eviction of balaalo from Northern Uganda, there were some elements in State House, who later went to Northern Uganda to reoccupy land left by Balaalo. Munyagwa was speaking to reporters in Ntungamo district where he was campaigning.
