Mafabi urges change in West Nile over neglected services

Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate Nathan Nandala Mafabi is urging voters in Arua and Maracha districts to vote for change, saying West Nile has continued to suffer because citizens have stayed silent while the government neglects essential services. Mafabi, campaigning in the two districts, warned that leaders have turned public rights into favours and stressed that service delivery is an obligation, not a gift.
