Retired Chief Justice Benjamin Odoki, the chief architect of Uganda’s constitution, expressed no regrets about the law they crafted three decades ago. Speaking at a commemorative event, Odoki emphasized that while the constitution has served as the foundation of the nation, it remains open to change in accordance with the will of the people.
