Scrutinizing Museveni's Court Martial Stand | MORNING AT NTV
In a letter issued by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, he declared his support for the trial of civilians in the Court Martial, recognizing its role in addressing gun-related crimes. Many in the legal fraternity have since faulted Museveni for contradicting the Supreme Court ruling on the subordination of the Court Martial to civilian courts. We spoke to Isaac Ssemakadde, President of the Uganda Law Society, to also discuss the reforms in the National Bar Association since he took office.
