CPA urged to support MSMEs in transitioning to formal operations
Professional bodies such as CPA have been asked to educate MSMEs and help them transition from informal ways of operation, even if it means offering free services. Joseph Enyimu, the Commissioner for Economic Development, Policy, and Research Department at the Ministry of Finance, while speaking during the 12th CPA Economic Forum held today in Entebbe, said it was important that SMEs formalize for growth.
