UICT faces challenges with outdated infrastructure
Obsolete equipment, poor infrastructure, and inadequate funding continue to affect the efficiency of the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT). This comes at a critical time when the institute should be playing a leading role in the country’s digital transformation era. According to the Managing Director of UICT, the institute's infrastructure is outdated and unable to meet the demands of the modern digital landscape.
