Gov’t asked to help farmers test soil to avoid losses
National and international scientists recently gathered in Kagadi district to discuss solutions for the challenges faced by farmers across the country. During the summit, they urged the government to support farmers by providing access to soil testing equipment, allowing them to test soil quality before planting crops, which could help prevent potential losses.
