7th East African Chemical response training ends
The 7th operational training on chemical emergency response, planning, and management for the East African Community partner states has ended. It ran for 13 days at the Uganda Rapid Deployment Capability Center in Gadaffi Barracks. The Deputy Head of the Capability, Brig. Flavia Byekwaso said the training is vital since countries in East Africa are under threats of terrorism.
