Aga Khan program concludes as teens are equipped
The four-year Aga Khan-supported teenage girls and youth empowerment program, AGENCI, has concluded in northern Uganda, with several trainees graduating in skills development. The program aimed to improve learning outcomes for adolescent girls and young women through apprenticeships. Local leaders recognize that more efforts are needed to address the high number of school dropouts and disadvantaged youths in the region.
