Child disability benefit activists push for supplementary budget
The National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda, alongside several organisations representing persons with disabilities, gathered to demand a supplementary budget allocation specifically to support the newly established Child Disability Benefit. They say children with disabilities are vulnerable—and so are their parents.
