DPP yet to receive all files that were under the court martial after supreme court ruling
The Director of Public Prosecutions has said they are yet to receive all the files that were under the court martial. This was revealed after Members of Parliament tasked the DPP with explaining how far they had gone with implementing the Supreme Court ruling, which made it illegal for civilians to be tried in military courts. The DPP was appearing before the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament over audit queries that appeared in the 2023/2024 report, which is now under scrutiny.
