French firm to manage Entebbe expressway toll fees
Nearly 17 years since initial construction began and after several modifications, the Kampala-Northern Bypass will finally be fully completed this July. This was revealed by the Uganda National Roads Authority's half year performance review for the financial year 2020/2021. While unveiling the review report this morning, UNRA Executive Director Allen Kagina also assured users of the Kampala-Entebbe Expressway that a toll operator has already been secured from France and the firm would start work after signing the contract in March 2021.
