Greater Masaka residents storm court over EACOP compensation
Dozens of residents affected by the East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline project stormed Masaka High Court, protesting the Attorney General’s decision to sue landowners and users who refused the compensation offered for their land. The government seeks a court order to pay them through the court so that the project can proceed.
