Injured journalist to undergo surgery after JAT assault
The Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, Joel Ssenyonyi, along with a delegation of journalists, visited TOP TV journalist Miracle Ibrah, who was injured yesterday by Joint Anti-Terrorism Task (JAT) forces while covering the nominations for the Kawempe North by-elections. Medical examinations revealed that Ibrah sustained fractures around his left eye after being struck by a blunt object, necessitating surgery.
