Martyrs’ Day harvest: Business booms during celebrations
3rd June every year is a special day for Anglican and Catholic Christians in Uganda, as it is dedicated to celebrating the Ugandan Martyrs. Hundreds of thousands of believers normally attend the national celebrations held at the Catholic Martyrs Shrine and the Anglican Martyrs Site, both located in Namugongo, Wakiso District.
