Medical equipment shortage hits Uganda's health facilities
The 2009 Uganda National Medical Equipment Policy recommends that Health Centre IVs and hospitals have ultrasound and general radiography equipment and services. However, many facilities across the country are grappling with a lack of medical equipment, with some operating and using faulty equipment, as Rashul Adidi reports from Koboko District.
