NEMA launches effort to green government institutions
The National Environment Management Authority has commenced efforts to green all government institutions. This was revealed as the environmental watchdog launched the second edition of the National Environment Sustainability Awards in Kampala. The initiative comes at a time when the country is grappling with several environmental challenges, including plastic pollution, poor waste management, and unsustainable utilization of resources.
