One on one with Byamukama on digital number plates
In the second part of our interview with the State Minister for Transport, we learn that the government is preparing to set up a factory to manufacture digital number plates after the Russian contractor failed to set up one this year. State Minister of Transport Fred Byamukama says they are still hoping that the contractor will set up the factory next year, following the closure of the businesses dealing in the making of number plates.
