Residents in panic as criminal gangs roam Teso region
Residents across Teso Sub-region are living in fear following an invasion by two criminal gangs who attack them at night, mostlyy in urban centres. The groups, known as Owokwok and Ikok, have reportedly caused a lot of fear among the residents who are now calling upon the government intervene on the situation.
