Speaker Anitah Among has criticized Members of Parliament (MPs) for their lack of solidarity during public attacks, urging them to stand together as a united front. Her remarks come in light of recent corruption allegations leveled against Parliament, highlighting a need for collective support and accountability among MPs.

“I was being attacked, everybody was quiet. Now everybody is attacked, they are talking. Why don’t we be each other’s keeper? We need to learn to be each other’s keeper; when they attack your own, you must respond. The theft doesn’t start from Parliament, it is from the Accounting officers,” Speaker Among emphasized.
