Traffic flow along Old Port Bell Road was paralyzed earlier today after a section of the road was damaged by a burst underground water pipe. Vehicles from Wampewo Avenue and Jinja Road proceeding to Old Port Bell Road were diverted to the Industrial Area as technicians from the National Water and Sewerage Corporation worked to repair the broken pipe.
