UBOS nutrition report : Two million children below five years are malnourished
The government of Uganda has been challenged to double its efforts in addressing the challenge of malnutrition. Findings from the latest Nutrition Situation Report by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics reveal that, despite progress, stunting persists, with over two million children affected. Development partners and other stakeholders are calling for a multi-stakeholder approach and increased investment in nutrition to reverse the trend.
