UBOS solves problems as census continues into second day
The Uganda Bureau of Statistics has made efforts to address the technical glitches witnessed in the Uganda Census exercise that started on Friday. The glitches arose when the majority of census enumerators in different parts of the country failed to access the Computer Assisted Personal Interview tablets containing the census questionnaire. Officials from the statistics body say that this issue has now been addressed, and they are hopeful that the census will proceed smoothly.
