Uganda women journalists encouraged to diversify
Female journalists are encouraged to pursue income-generating activities alongside their profession for improved livelihood, embracing new technological advancements. This was emphasized during the Uganda Women in Media symposium organized by the Uganda Media Women’s Association, where outstanding women in the media were recognized under the theme: "Breaking Barriers, Investing in Women’s Progress.
