The 2025 East Africa Secondary School Games got underway this morning in Kakamega, Western Kenya, with over four thousand athletes from nine countries competing in twenty-five sports disciplines.
Day one of the games saw Uganda’s teams dominating the field with wins in netball, volleyball, football, and handball.
