New app to equip Ugandans with emergency care skills

Smartphone users in Uganda now have a new tool at their fingertips to help save lives during emergencies. The app, which offers practical lessons and emergency response tips, is aimed at improving survival outcomes during accidents and other emergencies. The developers, Uganda Red Cross Society, hope the innovation will help close the knowledge gap in life-saving skills.
