UMA October Expo to showcase Uganda’s industrial output

The Uganda Tourism Board has announced plans to relocate rhinos from Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola to Ajai in Kapchorwa, an area with more space for tourism experiences. The agency says the translocation is part of efforts to boost conservation and tourism, a sector that currently earns Uganda over 1.28 billion dollars annually. According to Chief Executive Julian Kaggwa, the initiative requires 10 million dollars to set up the necessary infrastructure.
