Independence Rally returns to Gulu with focus on safety

This year’s Central Motorsports Club Independence Rally heads back to Gulu in Northern Uganda. The October 11th to 12th event, named in honour of deceased rally driver Ravij Ruparelia, was launched this afternoon in Kampala, with the organisers emphasising the safety of both drivers and spectators.
