Persons of short stature decry stigma in employment

As the world marked Dwarfism Awareness Day, persons of short stature in Uganda are calling on the central government to ensure equal opportunities in employment and access to public services. Many say that despite being educated and qualified, they continue to face discrimination that keeps them out of the country’s workforce.
