Uganda hosts Africa blind football championships

By the end of 2023, just two years after inception, Blind Football Uganda got certified by the International Blind Sport Association, a giant leap in the development of the sport that was only introduced in the country in 2021. Last month, Uganda hosted South Sudan and Zimbabwe for the Africa Blind Football Championships, and now players are working towards making the cut for the famous Paralympic Games.
