How Sudanese refugees struggle with local cuisine
The World Food Programme has reduced the number of refugees it is feeding in Uganda to just about 600,000 from 1.6 million, due to a decline in humanitarian assistance. The development has limited the WFP to providing meals of only posho and beans, in reception centers, unlike before where rice would also be provided. AS DANIEL KIBET reports, most Sudanese refugees are finding it difficult to adapt to the new meal as they do not have such a meal combination in their home.
