Tororo District residents want four districts enacted
Locals and their leaders in Tororo district are calling president Museveni to fulfill the pronouncement of the 4 districts he recently announced of Mulanda, Nangongera Kisoko, Mukunju and Tororo city. They want the proposed districts to be operationalised so that service delivery especially in the sectors of education, infrastructure and health can improve.
