Archbishop Kaziimba condemns arbitrary arrests
The Archbishop of the church of Uganda, Dr. Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu has urged people in the country to value life and stop killing the young generation.
Kaziimba says denying such a generation life is like blocking the country's future developments.
