The Central Government says it will only consider switching to a federal system of governance after securing the persuasion of all Ugandans. This followed a renewed call to the government to consider granting federal, by the Kabaka of Buganda Ronal Muwenda Mutebi, during his 30th coronation anniversary celebration in Mengo.
