Eastern region bursars demand salary increase to curb corruption
School bursars across the Eastern region are advocating for a salary increase as a way of mitigating corruption and theft of school funds. Through their union, the Association of Bursars in the Eastern region, they say the volume of work they currently handle is not in line with the current government pay.
