Elias Nalukoola’s journey to become MP elect
Elias Luyimbazi Nalukoola is the Kawempe North Member of Parliament - elect after the electoral commission declared him the winner of the by-election held on Thursday. Nalukoola, who stood on the National Unity Platform ticket beat nine other candidates to clinch the victory. The National Resistance Movement's Faridah Nambi came second.
