Man guilty of breaching Presidential security, remanded
A man who breached presidential security during the Kawempe North by-election campaigns last month has pleaded guilty to charges of intent to alarm, annoy, and ridicule the person of the president. Yoram Baguma says he wants to apologize to the president. The Kawempe Grade One Magistrate has remanded him until May 30.
