Faith leaders call for stewardship of the environment and peaceful elections
The Uganda Joint Christian Council (UJCC) has called on Ugandans to avoid environmental pollution as a way to combat the impact of natural disasters across the country. While leading Good Friday prayers at Old Kampala, the council also condemned the corruption and violence that often occur during elections.
