Government launches handbook to standardize local service delivery
A compendium of costed service delivery standards for local governments, intended to act as a yardstick for local government civil service workers, has been launched. The State Minister for Public Service, Mary Grace Rugasha, who launched it in Masaka City, says it is intended to help local governments in planning and ensuring accountability for services delivered.
