Leaders required to declare assets starting March 1st
By the Leadership Code Act, Cap 33, the Inspectorate of Government, Beti Kamya Turwomwe, has asked leaders to declare their income, assets, and liabilities to the Inspectorate of Government starting March 1st. This announcement comes a month in advance to give leaders time to submit the required information. They have also been warned about the consequences of failing to comply.
