Man arrested for attacking partner suspected of birth control
Police in Busia have arrested a man on suspicion of attacking and severely injuring his 19-year-old partner, accusing her of being on birth control. The woman has wounds on her hands, legs, and back. She told the police that the man attacked her as she was leaving their home in Bwerero village, Lumino town council, to return to her parents in Namayingo district.
