Martyrs’ Day traffic: Roadblocks strain pilgrims and residents
To ensure smooth traffic flow and order in Namugongo, given the large number of pilgrims, some roads were blocked to traffic, restricting access for motorists. Several road users, including residents, pilgrims, and other motorists, were restricted to walking, and some felt the strain of these regulations.
