Masindi-Kitara diocese faithful welcome Bishop-Elect Kugonza
Rev. Canon Joshua Kugonza has been elected the 3rd Bishop of Masindi-Kitara Diocese by the House of Bishops of the Church of Uganda, succeeding Bishop George William Kasangaki, who retires on August 3 after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 65.
